Come spend the evening enjoying fine art, great food and musical entertainment at the 10th annual Juried Art Show and Preview Reception, an event in held collaboration with Auburn CityFest 2014. Sponsored by the Auburn Arts Association, the Auburn-Opelika Tourism Bureau, the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and the City of Auburn, the show will feature a variety of works by regional artists working in fine art mediums like works on paper, three-dimensional (ceramics/sculpture), mixed-media and photography.

A Preview Reception honoring the artists will be held on Thursday, April 24 from 5:30-7:30 at the Historic Nunn Winston House at Kiesel Park. Awards will be announced at the reception. The Preview Reception is free and open to the public, and all works will be for sale. No commission will be charged from the sale.
Works will be displayed at Auburn CityFest on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Juried Art Show applications will be available in January, 2014 at www.auburncityfest.com. The deadline for entry forms and fees is Wednesday, April 19, 2014. Works are due at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center (JDCAC) on Monday and Tuesday, April 14 and 15. A $25 entry fee payable in advance is charged, but the fee is waived for artists purchasing exhibitor spaces at Auburn CityFest.
